My son has had his referral sitting in their office since August 28th Clarity Health Clements office had told me.
This place is HORRIBLE!!!! I waited 7 MONTHS for an appointment! I waited an 1 HOUR and 15 MINUTES to be see by the nurse, just to be take to another room playing cartoon network only to be seen by a rude bubble headed intake worker that don't clearly see when someone needs HELP!!!! Only to be told that I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 1/2 MONTHS TO SEE THE ACTUAL DOCTOR!!!!!WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL?!?!?! I have to WAIT a total of 10 1/2 months for actual HELP!?!!!!!? Don't waste your time with this uncaring place, go elsewhere! Mean while I just deal with these horrible panic attacks that I get on a daily bases until I find someone that cares! Unity Clarity! You need to get some clarity!!!!!
Short wait time, they return calls fast.
I wish Dr. Clements still had his own practice he is GREAT and so where the women working for him back then.
Nurses rarely take the time to call patients back.
It's now Oct 17th I was told they had a stack of referrals they still haven't been threw, and I get a different answer from them every time I call. Today they told my physicians nurse that they didn't even take Tricare insurance anymore, the lady didn't want to even deal with it. An hour later I spoke with Tanya which was nice she double checked my insurance and said that they did take it. I've even had 2 people help to get it taken care of from the Unity Health Clinic in Bradford, they were surprised that I wasn't contacted like they were told I was going to be.
HORRIBLE!!!
Those people are either lazy or just plain dumb.
My son has TS, Anxiety, Deppresion, ADHD and we've been waiting and waiting.
Unity Health has ruined our experience the first time by not returning our calls 2 yrs. Ago. Now they can't get their act together and stick with the same story the last person told. Irritated/disappointed.
