I was disappointed with the lack of concern they had when signing up with them. I had two different policies cancelled on me and it was their fault. I would be upfront and honest about my situation and they would say I qualified, I would pay them the money then I would receive a letter telling me I was going to be cancelled because of something that they had already known prior to qualifying me. Now they tell me I cannot be insured through them at all and can't receive a refund. That is bait and switch! Very displeased with the way they treat customers.
