We ordered five pizzas from a hotel because we are a cheer team from Missouri and have no vehicle. We got a call stating that they didn't want their drivers going out because of the "snow" on the roads. So we had to walk to the location in which we figured out there was no snow on the roads and sat at the store for over 30 min waiting for our pizzas! The best part... we watched multiple deliveries leave from the store as we sat there. Super disappointed with the unprofessionalism and completely no care from the staff!
First thing, I love the app. It is so easy to use. To me they make some of the best pizza in Searcy I love how you can make your own pizza ,decide what toppings you want ,extra or less of each ingredient. It is just a really good tool to use they always have coupons that you can use online .
Dominos missed one topping on my last pizza, and forgot to slice the one before that, I called customer support and they gave me 15$ credit, enough to order two large Pizzas with three toppings. When I ordered my free pizzas, the manager gave me two additional free pizzas and apologized for their small mistakes. Very satisfied with my experience, I wouldn't think of ordering pizza anywhere else in town.
The store is always clean! Great customer service and I have never had a bad experience! If you want good pizza that isn't extremely expensive then this is the place to go. We always order online and it has always been ready for pickup when we get there!
I had used this dominoes for many years, they have gotten to the point now that I cant use them. The management must be bad, they never have a delivery driver, they cancel more delivery orders than they fill. It's just not worth it to me, never again....... until new management arrives, oh and besides all of that, the order is NEVER right, I mean not one single time..............................................................
