Nice and quiet. Out of the way. Need to watch kids tho, there is a long fall to the lake in some areas. But if ur a responsible parent that shouldn't be a problem.
What a pleasant surprise! We brought our lunch and ate at a picnic table. Following we took a nice walk along the paths down to the Little Red River. There are some absolutely beautiful views of the large rock formations allowing for awesome photo ops. Not all paths are paved, infact most aren't. Be prepared with good shoes. There are children's play areas and lots of mower areas to picnic plus pavilions. There are restrooms but they were locked while we were there.
This is a quaint city park to visit. It is out on the north end of town. Have good views from the bluffs to the river below during autumn and winter.
Trail really needs maintenance, same for the kids area to play. Very poorly maintained. Other than that, nature is nature so its pretty and the view is very good for arkansas.
This is the only Park in Searcy that has caves and you can actually go down to the river and get your feet wet and in addition jump in the river it's like you're actually in the woods. Also you can get a better workout at Riverside by climbing up the rock walls running down the hills up to Hills going for swim instead of just walking around in a circle.
