One of the employees is racist against hispanics and wrongfully accuses people of stealing. She needs to be fired.

Friendly help and helpful staff.

After visiting the store to exchange my son's tennis shoes (and not finding his size), I was stopped by an employee in the parking lot. She stood in front of my car door and demanded to know if I had paid for the shoes. I informed her that they were mine, and got in my car. After thinking it over and choosing not to let racism go unnoticed, I marched into the store and asked for her name: Holly. That afternoon, I made two phone calls to corporate. They did not follow up, and if they took disciplinary action against her... it didn't work. Two months later, my children and I returned to the store. The employee that helped us was fantastic. But as we checked the last items off our list, we witnessed an older Hispanic woman ask Holly for help. We also witnessed her rude response. She scrunched up her nose in disgust and searched for anyone else to complete the task. Thankfully, there was a girl was more than happy to do her job. I called corporate again, hoping that this time things would be different. Two days later, I still haven't heard back. I will not be returning to this store unless this matter is handled.

Rude employees who ignore customers and will not assist them. Spent over an hour in the store and not one employee as much as said hello or may I help you. They weren't that busy, had plenty of time to stroll around so should have at least been able to say hello and ask if you needed help. Will never set foot in there again. Will go somewhere else before spending a dollar in this store.

Great if you don't like going to Payless. I needed run shoes on the fly. This place has an assorted selection of shoe styles/functions, but they had a substantial variety of both Nike and New Balance. It's a good place if you know what you're looking for. Also, like Payless, is the kind of chain that keeps its inventory on the shelves, so you really shouldn't expect the staff to wait on you hand and foot. These aren't high paid positions. You want special service, go to a specialty store. They did check on me, which I appreciated.
