I had several issues here buying a used truck n my dash got busted on the way back from home I wasn't satisfied but u did have to drive my old trade in there on the rim sparks flying everywhere too cuz the guy I dealt with and glinda Landis raised hell cuz they insisted I had my trade in there by 6 with title in hand was a headache n then went back to discuss the idmssur n about a free detail I was promised. N they called Searcy of n told them I was harrasi g them not good bussiness

I took my car in for just a recall on the air bag, got into my car to leave and my gear shifter was broken. Ford said I brought it in that way, and refuses to pay for the damage they caused and said there was nothing they could do and that he was “Sorry”. Now I’m left with an broken gerar shifter.
