We usually have amazing service here with no problems, but we went today and had planned on using a gift card we got for Christmas. They said their card system was down and couldn’t do anything about it. I understand that it is really their fault, but that could have put someone in a tough situation that didn’t have the money. After that, we realized they forgot some of our items and we had to go back and get them. This is the first problem we’ve had with them though
Great service, great people, great food. Only complaint is that they don’t even bother to ask my if I have the app, and multiple times I pay for my food and forget to scan my app, and all they say is, they can’t do it anymore.
Was not very happy with the drive thru line and on top of that I tried to pay with gift card. Which they would not take due to Wi-Fi down. And then I had to with my debt card .which I had a gift card I wanted to use and I could and my chicken sandwich was cold and my cheese was not malted . I was not happy able that.
Great family environment. Their play area is very accommodating for rambunctious 3 year olds and on Thrusday nice they have a balloon animal expert for the children.
Great place however a little inconsistent with portion sizes. There are two gentlemen that meander the restaurant checking on customers and making small talk and they are by far the best part of this location. They more trhan make up for any shortfalls the place may have (which are minor).
