Great food and decent service. The waitress walked by our table twice and looked at the table and should've noticed our four empty beverage glasses. It was when she delivered our food that we asked for refills. She promptly gave us refills and apologized for not getting them sooner.
My husband went searching for the manager to advise the situation. There were 5 waitresses standing ariund, not doing anything. The manager just said "sorry". Needless to say, my husband and I left this establishment.
We will not attempt to eat at this location again. You want good food and excellent service? Go to Colton's Steakhouse ... that is exactly what we did.
After waiting another good 10 minutes and being seen by what would have been our waitress, we were not asked for a drink order, let alone a glass of water.
We just finished dinner at Christmas Eve at Chili's in Searcy. I never complain but this meal was 45+. The salad was awesome. My ribeye tasted like it was fried in a skillet, actually looked that way too. I ordered it Med, it was well done. The broccoli was very good. My husband had fajitas steak and shimp. He said it was ok. This is our special meal for the holidays, that turned out a disappointment. Your waitress was very nice.
Food tastes good. Server was very nice. Portion size was lacking for the price.
My husband and I attempted to have lunch at thus location. It took 10 minutes to get seated, they were not busy.
I eat here couple times a year and every time I go in they sit me down and I have to wait for at least 10 minutes.. but there food is good. There burger’s are amazing. The service is ok.
