I bought a low-end "Golden Orthopedic" set for $272 and find it very comfortable, an excellent value. Be careful with the adjustable frame: it doesn't extend to the last 11" of the box. I'm 195# and the first time I carefully sat on the corner end of the bed, the box cracked right at the frame end.
