Booked a room and they wouldnt let me stay there. Not sure why but oh well i took my business elsewhere
Nice, helpful staff but the facility needs work. Bathroom sink barely drains, vent doesn't work, no in-room coffee. Breakfast was better than expected and microwave and refrigerator were bright spots.
Friendly and helpful. Very clean and huge rooms. My fiance, 3 children, and I love the place and the employees, every last one of them, from the top down to room service. It's not expensive but has better quality than the more expensive places. It's definitely our new hotel of choice. We will not go anywhere else again and have not since we found Knights Inn.
They put my wife and I in the smallest room possible. Good thing all we needed was a place to sleep.
Service was polite. Room clean. Basic needs met.
