Food was good. Service very poor. Went through drive through originally. They had me pull forward and wait. Waited for 25 minutes and had to go inside to see about my order which still had not arrived. It wasn't busy seemed no one was motivated and working in slow motion. Food was finally ready after 33 minute total wait. Gave it 2 stars only because the food was good except for some that had gotten cold. I would recommend as this is the only Popeyes in Searcy to find another place to eat. This in all this time doing this on Google made such a low rating and been so dissatisfied

The chicken is way better than KFC. The restaurant is clean. The staff is friendly. That being said, they are prone to leaving out items and making other mistakes when they are busy, so check your food if you are getting to-go. But, when they really messed up my order, the manager quickly made up for it.
Friendly staff. People coming in 10 minutes until closing and never heard one negeative word. Great experience.
Good food. Not super expensive.
